 This example is set up to only print the stationery header on the first page of a document. To  change that:

  1. On the View menu, click Header and Footer.
  2. On the Header and Footer toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Page Setup
  3. Click the Layout tab.
  4. Select the Different first page check box, and then click OK.

 You can also accomplish the same thing via the Page Setup menu item under the File menu.
