Instructions

1. Print out the order form (the next tab). Click on the Adobe printer icon ( ) instead of trying to print with your browser's print menu. If you do not have the Adobe PDF viewer installed, you can download it from Adobe's website.
2. Fill it out as you browse the catalog
3. Either bring your completed order form and check (payable to Music City Power Squadron) to the next general membership meeting/event or mail it to:

Notes

• All shirts will come with the Music City Power Squadron Logo embroidered on the left chest.
• All other items will be embroidered in an appropriate location.
• If you choose dark colors, the logo will be modified for white thread to replace the black lettering and the Treble Clef may be lightened.
• There is no additional charge for embroidery or shipping.
• Sizes larger than XL are available for a nominal increased cost.
• The items will be delivered at the next Membership Meeting or event after they are completed. They may also be picked up at the Brentwood Residence Inn by Marriott.
• Unfortunately, all sales are final as we will place orders based on your instructions.
